This porch was rebuilt by the contractor using Model SP3604 inserts. The roof was untouched, new posts were installed with proper spacing and the floor boards replaced. Notice railings were not needed since our Model SP3604 uses fixed tempered safety glass in the bottom with a 36" guardrail. With proper post installation this model will guard against fallout as required by B0CA and IRC national codes. Notice the unobstructed view into the backyard since obtrusive railings or pickets were not required.
